One of the things that makes AsiaWest special is our staff. We have a wonderful team working to make your egg donation experience as smooth as possible, whether you are an intended parent or a donor! Here’s more about us and what we do:
Amber is our program director at AsiaWest and Intend. Amber works with intended parents from the start of the process all the way through to the end, helping IP’s find their perfect donor and acting as a case manager for donor matches. Amber also supports the donor coordinators in donor recruitment, and oversees marketing.
Before coming to AsiaWest and Intend, Amber worked in Sales and Operations Management for over 15 years. In August 2021, Amber graduated from the Atkinson School of Business at Willamette University with a Masters in business administration. Amber currently lives in Beaverton with her husband and three children. She likes to travel, hike, read, and is an avid girls’ lacrosse fan.
Delcie is one of the donor coordinators, helping to recruit donors to work with our wonderful families. Delcie sorts through pre-screen applications, does intake calls with donor applicants, and helps donors through the screening process. If you are a donor, look to Delcie for information and support throughout the application process!
Before working in egg donation, Delcie worked in Sales and was also a facilitator for the national organization RESOLVE. Delcie grew up in California but moved to Portland, Oregon with her husband and daughter about 10 years ago. In her free time she likes to paddle board, read, garden, and fix up their old Portland craftsman.
Like Delcie, Cassidy is also a donor coordinator. As a former egg donor herself, Cassidy can provide donors particular support from personal experience as they navigate the egg donation process.
Cassidy previously worked in the Pacific Northwest wine industry and on the side as a wedding planner for six years. Cassidy moved to Oregon from San Diego as a young adult and has spent the last two decades exploring different places around the United States, but has always been drawn back to the Pacific Northwest to be near family and friends. Cassidy loves cooking and creating her own recipes. She enjoys the outdoors and shares a fur-baby named Pippen with her partner.
Lindsey is a case manager with Amber, working with intended parents to find their ideal donor and managing the entire match process from beginning to end.
Lindsey graduated from Western Oregon University with a Bachelor of Art in Political Science and a minor in Sociology. Lindsey has moved around a lot and worn many hats: substitute teacher, Airbnb owner, licensed real estate agent, social media coordinator and now a case manager! Lindsey currently lives in Colorado. She loves hiking, snowboarding, reading, running her dogs Molly and Gidget, working out, cooking, and traveling with her two boys.
Evan runs AsiaWest’s social media pages (follow us on Instagram and TikTok)! She also works on maintaining the website and blog, as well as email marketing, outreach, and general administrative work.
Evan graduated from Yale University in May 2020 with a Bachelors of Arts in American Studies. She currently lives in New York City and will be graduating from Columbia University’s MFA Acting program in May 2024. Evan enjoys cooking, traveling, movies & TV, and dance.
